TUOMAS ANTTILA
I'm dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals, and help them avoid common pitfalls that arise during a journey to get fitter and healthier.

I've been coaching people since 2015 to achieve dramatic changes in their body composition, get bigger and stronger, and help them overcome injuries. In short, get in the best shape of their lives.
My approach is informed by the latest industry research as well as my own hours spent coaching and training clients on the gym floor and remotely. I'm constantly pushing my own mental and physical boundaries to become a stronger and healthier version of myself.

I'm fortunate enough to have worked with a variety of clients from all walks of life - personal trainers, ex-military personnel, doctors, lawyers, CEOs, mums, and dads - and believe that there's an individual plan for everyone.

I always aim to lead by example and hold the men and women I work with to a high standard in their own pursuits.

ORIGIN OF SISU
Sisu stands for unrelenting perseverance against adversity. It’s the stubbornness to keep going during especially tough moments when the odds are stacked against you. It’s the concept that symbolises Finnish culture - but its qualities are universal.
This is a mindset that I believe applies very well to training. There will always be obstacles along the way, but if the commitment to reaching the goal is there, there's a way to make it work.
MY ETHOS
I’m a firm believer in delayed gratification. I treat coaching the same way and strive to instil a sense of that ’Sisu’ mentality in the people I work with.
To become a strong, lean and resilient individual you've got to be willing to put in the work, there are no shortcuts.
